Brandon Edmonds, Development Manager, is charged with pursuing and evaluating new development opportunities, supporting due diligence, entitlements, financing, leasing, and disposition efforts across Texas and the southern United States. He joined Molto in 2023, bringing four years of experience with a blended background in agency leasing and development. Brandon earned his bachelor of business administration degree from Baylor University, where he double majored in finance and entrepreneurship/corporate innovation. He also attended Texas A&M University where he earned his Masters of Real Estate. Brandon is actively involved in Houston’s NAIOP and ACRP industry associations.
