Brandon Frank has more than 13 years of office brokerage experience throughout the Portland metropolitan area. Brandon holds expertise in both landlord and tenant representation and has worked with many major real estate owners on both large and small leasing assignments. Brandon has played a role in some of the most notable Portland metro area office transactions in recent years. He was part of a team that represented the owner in the lease-up of the MachineWorks Building, a 209,000 sf Pearl District office building that delivered in 2009; tenants include Microsoft, the Indian Health Service and McCormick & Schmick’s.
