Brandon Glick is an Account Executive based in Mohr Partners’ Chicago, Illinois office. Brandon has over four years of business development experience and a successful track record of working with C-suite executives and real estate decision makers. During his time with Mohr, Brandon has represented a diverse mix of tenants both locally and nationally. Brandon specializes in working with clients with multiple locations on strategies to reduce real estate costs and optimize their global footprint. Brandon serves as a trusted advisor to his clients, always keeping their best interests in mind and suggesting creative solutions for their portfolio. He provides financial analysis to his clients through Net Present Value (NPV), Effective Net Rent (ENR), and cash flow models as well as extensive market research and site selection analysis. Brandon guides clients through the entire transaction process and works alongside counsel to negotiate the most favorable lease terms on his client''s behalf.
Brandon is a licensed Managing Broker in Illinois and a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business where he earned a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
