Bio
Brandon is a member of the Huntsman, Donaldson, Bullington & Martin senior account team, which has over 50 years of combined experience in commercial sales and leasing. Their total transactions exceed 6 million square feet and $450 million in real estate value, and they have done business with multiple Fortune 500 companies. Providing detailed information allows the team’s clients to make educated and sound real estate decisions. Prior to embarking on a career in commercial real estate, Brandon held management positions with two nationally known resorts, where he gained experience in customer service and account management. He also gained an aggressive winning attitude by playing professional baseball for the Baltimore Orioles. Brandon’s comprehension of the real estate transaction process and his ability to negotiate successful deals has given him the opportunity to work with such clients as IHC, Wells Fargo, Access Data, Central Utah Medical Clinic, Utah Community Credit Union, Symantec and many more. This understanding makes Brandon an invaluable asset to those with whom he works; they know they can count on him to get the job done. Brandon began his real estate career in 2003 at Cushman & Wakefield Commerce. He later became one of the top-producing agents in CBC Advisors’ Provo office and was the top producer in 2008. He brings his motivation for success, strong work ethic and high energy to Colliers International, and he has focused his professional pursuits on building long-lasting relationships. Brandon understands that being dedicated to clients and knowing their needs will ensure success in real estate deals. He now uses his knowledge and skills in the commercial real estate industry, allowing him to assist clients in bringing transactions to a close.
