He was invited to help start the Utah County Office for Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2008 which was later purchased by Colliers International in March of 2018. Brandon decided the end May 2020 to make the move to Mountain West Commercial to further enhance his commercial real estate career and provide better service to his clients. Brandon has been actively involved in Construction and Real Estate Development since 1990 and has owned other businesses as well. His business ownership and management experience enables him to understand the demands placed on his clients. He works hard to take some of that workload and help those he works with accomplish their goals, find strategic solutions, and solve problems in order to find success. Through Brandon’s experience in both business and real estate, he understands the key points of real estate transactions; whether it be asset disposition, project development, land acquisition or leasing. He has an outstanding work ethic and is detail oriented in order to keep the transaction smooth. Long-term relationships are important to Brandon so honesty and his clients trust are paramount to him. Brandon’s ability to analyze and provide insight to enable good business decisions and his negotiating style puts his client’s needs first. Brandon has worked with EDCU to help bring quality companies and jobs to Utah. When he has time, Brandon loves to spend time enjoying the great outdoors in Utah with his family.
