Brandon K. Smart is the President of SmartEquity. Throughout his career, Mr. Smart accumulated expertise and network through his achievements which included, developing and managing transactions valued at $50 million, amassing a portfolio at one point of over 8,000 national and international locations, and leading the commercial and real estate operations as Vice President at Real Estate Solutions. Mr. Smart was identified and selected by the St. Louis Business Journal 40 individuals under the age of 40 who influence the region’s business community. Mr. Smart holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Lake Forest College in Chicago and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute. Mr. Smart serves on the Board of Directors of St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Division and mentors students in the St. Louis Public Schools through the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis.
