As a member of the Capital Markets investment sales team led by Kevin Shannon, Brandon White specializes in the representation of institutional clients and high-net-worth private clients in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, land, and mixed-use properties throughout Southern California and Arizona. Over the past 5 years, White has sold and marketed more than $3 billion of office, industrial, land and mixed-use assets. His experience includes 100% fee simple, partial interest recapitalizations, and joint venture transactions.
