Brandon joined Fritsche Anderson in 2019 as an Industrial Broker. Prior to joining our team, Brandon began his career in commercial real estate in 2014 with Oxford Partners where he specialized in industrial tenant representation. He later joined Marcus & Millichap in 2015 specializing in Office & Industrial Investment Sales & Industrial Owner User sales establishing himself as a young aggressive Investment Broker in the Houston market. After 3 years at Marcus & Millichap Brandon made his move in 2018 to Lee & Associates to focus more on Industrial Tenant Rep, Investment Sales and Owner User sales and land development. Over the course of 7 years, he has established himself with great presence in the brokerage community working alongside with many local & national investors, private equity groups, owner users and tenants looking to acquire, sell or lease properties. He has represented & closed over 1 million square feet of transactions during his young carrier. As a Native Houstonian, his understanding of the market benefits his clients when they are looking for a specific space to acquire or occupy in the Greater Houston Area. Brandon attended Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah, GA where he played baseball and studied architecture. He graduated from the University of Houston in 2014 with a major in Sociology and a minor in corporate communications. He was a member of the UH Frontiersmen and Kappa Alpha Order.
