Brandy Lee started her real estate career in 1999 when she was an information architect for Shea Homes online mortgage application – one of the first in the real estate industry. She conducted focus groups and market testing for a new type of residential living community, 55 plus active lifestyle, that became known as Trilogy. After 20 years of marketing and contract negotiations, in 2018 she transitioned into real estate sales. She is an Affiliate Broker with Keller Williams Realty Nashville – Franklin and is an official Realtor because of its strict code of conduct and realty standards.
