Branon has over 23 years of experience as a commercial real estate professional. He began his career in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where he quickly became the local market expert for Class A & B office space. Branon began his professional real estate career with NAI Latter & Blum for 2001-2007 before spending ten years with Beau Box Commercial Real Estate. He was a co-founder of Beau Box Property Management, where he both helped build up and then oversaw a property services division that included property management and leasing efforts for many Baton Rouge projects. He then moved to Houston and worked at Transwestern from 2018-2021, where he first specialized in partnering with corporations to optimize real estate value and return on investment. He then served as Managing Director for the company’s Houston Occupier Solutions group, specializing in Real Estate Portfolio Consulting for office and industrial real estate. Branon specializes in providing long-term strategic consulting for commercial real estate. He has brokered over 15 million sf of space since 2001 and has consistently been a top producer averaging over $23 million in transactional volume annually. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Branon has served as Past President, for the Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Northwest Florida Chapter of SIOR and chaired the local SIOR chapter’s scholarship committee. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Business Management
