Brenda Cuoco is a highly intelligent and innovative Broker/Owner who has heavily leveraged her concierge approach in the Western Mass market. An approach that is unique but continues to offer outstanding service, she brings a refreshing perspective to the business of real estate. Her many years working in the corporate world, along with the impressive network of clients she has cultivated, both locally and abroad, has enabled Brenda to represent Western Mass and easily bring buyers and sellers of properties together with her team resulting in the sale of 130 properties valued at over $32 Million Dollars in 2019.
Brenda is the first to say she does not do it alone. She heavily relies on her outstanding full-time concierge staff consisting of the Director of Operations, Marketing Coordinator, Professional Photographer, Professional Stager, and Listing Coordinator. Brenda Cuoco & Associates also consists of additional Real Estate Advisors to assist both Buyers and Sellers in navigating the market.
