As a senior vice president within the Industrial Advisory Group, Brendan primarily concentrates in Northern Cook County and Lake County submarkets, offering clients extensive market knowledge. Brendan is experienced in many aspects of lease evaluation, financial analysis, property and investment valuation and real estate transaction analysis.
Brendan's ability to assess and address each of his client’s needs has proven to be a valuable asset and has led to a track record of successful transactions.
Prior to joining Colliers International in 2006, he specialized in investment industrial real estate acquisitions and dispositions with Cook Financial LLC, and industrial sales and leasing with Epic/Savage Realty Partners.
