Brent Baxter plays a vital role at SouthStar, working closely with our team to identify opportunities and begin negotiations on Class A real estate projects. He is responsible for in-depth market and site analysis, ensuring that we not only find the best sites on the market, but also create the best use for the site. Brent also helps oversee project budgets for high-value projects across the Southeast. Brent holds an Affiliate Broker’s License in Tennessee, and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He began his career with SouthStar with an internship; today, he’s an important part of the company’s success. Outside of the office, Brent serves as a children’s swim coach for Excel Aquatics and enjoys writing fiction. He is dedicated to making a difference in the world through his actions, and recently spent 6 months living in a Haitian orphanage, managing construction projects there.
