Brent Woodruff is a member of CB Richard Ellis' Global Corporate Services group. Woodruff has been a leader in providing integrated services to corporate clients. Combining portfolio and strategic planning with proven transaction management processes, Woodruff has been integral in designing and implementing real estate plans for his clients resulting in significantly reduced occupancy costs. Woodruff has been the single point of contact for companies such as Cox Enterprises, Cox Communications, General Motors, IBM, Levitz Furniture, Metropolitan Life Insurance, Tricon Global, Verizon Wireless and Xpress Global Systems.
Woodruff has over 16 years of experience in the corporate real estate arena. Recent experience includes the completion of a strategic master plan for a 3.5 million square foot leased and owned real estate portfolio. The project involved leased and owned real estate, evaluation of human resource implications of relocations, evaluation of excess land, sale-leaseback opportunities and income and balance sheet implications. Additionally, Woodruff has designed and implemented office consolidations totaling over 1.0 million square feet.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis in 2003, Woodruff was the Managing Director for Grubb & Ellis' Corporate Services Practice Southeast. Prior to Grubb & Ellis, he was a Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen's Real Estate Consulting Practice in Atlanta.
Woodruff is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and CoreNet Global. He earned his B.S. degree in Industrial Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
