Bret joined Capital Associates in 2003. For over 25 years, he has represented Triangle-area tenants, landlords, and investors in the field of commercial development and brokerage. Bret structures new developments, facilitates asset acquisitions and dispositions, brokers lease and sales transactions throughout NC and oversees the leasing/marketing activities for a 1,000,000 SF Class A office/medical portfolio. Over the past 5 years, Bret brokered more than $300 million in lease and sales transactions. Bret’s past projects include a 500,000 SF office park at the Crescent office park in Cary; a 200,000 SF industrial park near RTP; +/- 500,000 SF of medical office building in the Triangle Area; a 45,000 SF lab project at NCSU CVM campus in Raleigh; and a retail project in Morrisville, NC.
Bret graduated from NC State University with a B.S. degree in Accounting and a minor in Spanish. He served as past President of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors. Bret is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina.
