Brett Arabie, Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Austin agency leasing team, is a 25-year veteran of the central Texas commercial real estate market, representing owners and developers from Austin to San Antonio, and all points in between. He utilizes his extensive agency experience, in-depth market knowledge and strong community relationships to achieve long term, quantifiable success for his clients. Brett’s responsibilities have ranged from lead tenant generation for new speculative office developments and leasing historic, downtown office properties, to marketing and leasing suburban Austin office buildings. Brett has leased and sold several million square feet of commercial real estate in his career for clients, including Thomas Properties Group, Equus Capital Partners, Opus, McShane and UBS. He currently serves on the sales, leasing and marketing team for Mueller — Austin’s premiere mixed-use redevelopment of the former Austin airport. Brett is also on the leasing team for Frontera Ridge, a planned 400,000 SF Class A office development in Round Rock, Texas. As an Austin native (one of the few!), Brett attended Westlake High School. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family and friends, as well as coaching football at a private high school.
