Brett Bennett is a 25-year residential, commercial and land real estate veteran who has represented builders, developers, banks, and homeowners in a wide array of real estate transactions. Brett graduated from University of Colorado Boulder in 1991. Beginning his career with a builder and developer, he gained a great deal of insight into real estate, land development as well as land acquisitions, and home building. His specific areas of expertise include marketing, sales, product design, strategic planning, financing, and streamlined transaction management.
