Bio
It is rare that a real estate firm can offer its clients the strength of having an Asset Manager and Broker on staff with both an Accounting and a Law degree. Brett Carlton splits his time leading the commercial property management division for Coast Real Estate Services and helping his clients lease, buy and sell real property. Brett has a 17-year track record with Coast and most of his clients have been with him for well over a decade. Brett and his team provide facility management and brokerage services to a number of Puget Sound non-profit organizations and full service property management for commercial property owners all over the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to joining Coast, Brett was a Tax Staff Accountant and Auditor with Arthur Andersen & Company, a Rule 9 Intern & Prosecutor for the State of Washington in Pierce County, a Special Deputy Prosecutor in the juvenile division of the King County Prosecutor’s office and Controller of a wholesale distribution firm.
He graduated from the Seattle University School of Law in 1994, Order of the Coif, and also holds a BBA in Accounting with Honors from The University of Texas. Brett is active in family life, in the local community and is a regular contributor to many philanthropies related to Coast and clients. Brett has always enjoyed public speaking and currently helps coach the St. Brendan Speech Team and the Archbishop Murphy Mock Trial Team.
