Brett Levinson, Associate, joined Capital Retail Properties in January of 2020 and handles retail project leasing, tenant representation, disposition, and land sales for local, regional, and institutional clients. Prior to Capital Retail, Levinson was an Assistant Vice President with the Weitzman Group. Brett received a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Texas at Austin and pursued the Real Estate Certificate.
He holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
