Brett Maslin joined Adams & Company 2005. While working directly with Principal David Levy, Brett provides tenant representation and landlord representation services throughout New York City. Extremely persistent and hardworking, Brett specializes in providing creative solutions and assisting clients in both developing and implementing strategic plans for their real estate portfolios. In addition to his vast tenant representation clientele, Brett also represents landlords with agencies in four buildings in Midtown Manhattan including 110 West 40th Street, 42 West 39th Street, 312 Fifth Avenue and 34 West 33rd Street. At 34 West 33rd Street, a 212,000 square foot loft-like showroom building, Brett helped to create an environment that caters specifically to children's wear tenants which now reigns as the only Childrenswear Center in New York City. In addition to being written up in Crains, The New York Times, The New York Post, The Real Deal, and Real Estate Weekly, Brett has recently earned the Commercial Observer’s “30 Under 30” people to watch award for his multiple achievements at such a young age in the New York City real estate industry.
