Hi I’m Brett Swarts. With over $350,000,000 in closed Deferred Sales Trust and CRE transactions, 16+ years in the brokerage industry I love helping my clients sell their property, defer their capital gains taxes and exiting smart. I enjoy planning exit strategies with sellers of bitcoin, real estate, and businesses and then determining whether the Deferred Sales Trust is a good fit or not. I enjoy assisting people in either permanently escaping the 1031 exchange or saving a failing 1031 exchange. I'm love all things CRE, especially multifamily value add investments.
