Brett Warner, a Principal with Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, Inc., a full service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates Group of Companies, specializes in acquisitions/dispositions and leasing of commercial, industrial and investment properties in the San Fernando Valley and Tri-Cities markets.
His longstanding relationships in the marketplace and ability to uncover opportunities for his clients have helped him to complete over 1,000 transactions representing over 20 million square feet of sales and lease transactions with a value in excess of $1 billion during his career.
A 27-year veteran of the real estate industry, Mr. Warner has successfully assisted users, property owners, tenants and developers with build-to-suits, ground-up developments, repositioning properties and evaluating space requirements in addition to sales and leasing.
Consistently ranked among the company’s top producers and named to the President’s Circle of Excellence, Mr. Warner earned Top 3 Producer in 2013 and Top 5 Producer in 2012. He was recognized as the Broker of the Year in 2011 and 2010.
In 2012, Mr. Warner was honored by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal as a Commercial Real Estate Leader in the industrial market.
Mr. Warner began his career at Prudential Stevenson Real Estate before joining Lee & Associates in 1994.
