Bio
Brett Weber serves as a senior vice president and shareholder of the Kidder Mathews office in Redwood City. He has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage in San Mateo County. Brett exercises a balanced approach in representing both landlords and tenants. His experience in real estate spans from office, R&D, medical, retail, and industrial properties.
Brett closely works with his Kidder Mathews partners, Steve Divney and John McLellan, who have over 65 years of combined commercial real estate experience. They work well together by using each partner’s unique talents to better serve their clients and focus on goals through effective collaboration. They have totaled over 300 sales and lease transactions with a combined value in excess of $1.5 billion dollars. In addition, the team has already completed transactions over $199 million for 2020, $137 million for 2021, and $167 million for 2022.
Brett’s unique strength lies in the ability to re-imagine a commercial space at its full financial potential and to help clients make the most of their space’s usage. Over the years, he has effectively worked with many property owners on revitalizing existing buildings on the San Francisco Peninsula, with the focus on downtown offices and retail cores. The projects resulted in significant increase in properties’ values, but, more importantly, in creation of better living and working environments. These types of ventures are close to his heart.
Outside of work, Brett enjoys traveling with his fiancé, competing athletically, and spending time with his grandchildren in Tasmania.
