Since 2001, Brian has worked with corporate clients to identify how to best achieve the greatest value from their facility expenses. As an integral part of CBRE’s corporate occupier advisory team Brian as been involved and lead over $1.5B in transaction volume in the continental US during his 20+ years corporate real estate career.
Brian serves his clients by driving reduction in total cost of occupancy through all of CBRE’s full platform of occupier services (Workplace, Portfolio Diagnostics, Incentives, Portfolio Administration, Labor Analytics, Site Selection and Sustainability).
Prior to joining CBRE, Brian was the office tenant rep lead for Colliers – Indianapolis.
