Brian Borget is a Senior Director with over 20 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate.
Mr. Borget joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011, and he has since advised many of the firm’s most important clients, including Thomson Reuters, Verizon and Campbell Soup Company. Brian has achieved success in office, industrial and retail transactions due to excellent communication skills and a commitment to execution.
Brian began his career in 1994 as a Financial Analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. With a strong analytical foundation, Brian accepted a position in the Finance Department at Lehman Brothers in 1997. He was eventually recruited to work in Lehman’s Corporate Real Estate Department in 1999.
Just prior to joining C&W, Mr. Borget worked at JLL for five years on the HSBC Bank Account. In his role as Vice President within the Corporate Solutions Department, he was the Transactions Management lead for HSBC’s New York tri-state area office and retail portfolios.
