He is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing tenant occupancy, managing lease negotiations, and nurturing tenant/broker relationships. For nearly 15 years, Brian has specialized in the healthcare sector of commercial real estate, representing health systems and independent physician tenants. Before joining Remedy, he headed the Health Services Team at Lavista Associates in Atlanta. Prior to starting his career in commercial real estate, Brian was a professional baseball player with the San Diego Padres organization.
