Brian Burnett is a Managing Director for The Yellowstone Group. Brian specializes in selling mobile home communities and retail investment properties in the Intermountain West. Mr. Burnett maximizes value by leveraging detailed underwriting skills with a proprietary national marketing program. Born into a commercial real-estate family, Brian has lived within the industry from an early age. He began by learning site selection and due diligence for ground-up retail developments with Burnett Development, and now he focuses his skills exclusively on the sale of investment properties.
Prior to joining TYG, Brian spent seven years working for the nation’s largest investment real estate brokerage, Marcus & Millichap (Nasdaq: MMI) in their Boise, Idaho office where he was a member of both their National Retail Group and National Manufactured Housing Communities Group. In his tenure with company, Brian developed a unique expertise working with both investors of multi-tenant retail properties and mobile home communities. In 2019, Brian was the #1 Mobile Home Park Broker in the State of Idaho.
Brian was born in San Marino, California and raised in Sun Valley, Idaho. Brian has a B.A. from Colgate University where he studied Philosophy and Religion. He is an alumnus of the National Outdoor Leadership School, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and he is a licensed fly-fishing guide.
