Brian has been at the helm of Heritage Properties since 2001. In his tenure at Heritage Properties Brian has worked with his partner to develop, rehabilitate, and acquire over 1,500 apartments units between Providence, RI and Portland, ME. Brian is known and respected for his ability to move quickly and efficiently through complex permitting, design, construction, and management decisions while ensuring that all parties feel that they have been treated fairly. Prior to his career at Heritage, he focused on single-family home construction, having built over 350 homes, renovated all types of buildings, and developed and redeveloped land and buildings. Brian has achieved IREM’s Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License (unlimited). He is a graduate of St. Anselm College.

Brian has been at the helm of Heritage Properties since 2001. Since his arrival, the company has grown and diversified. Prior to 2001, Brian‘s career focused on single family home development. He has built over 350 homes, renovated all types of buildings, and developed and redeveloped land and buildings. Brian has achieved IREM’s Certified Property Manager (CPM ©) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM ©) designations, holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License (unlimited), and is a graduate of St. Anselm College.
