Brian Cooper, Director of Real Estate for Warehouse Rentals in Valdosta, Georgia graduated from The University of Georgia in 1991 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a major in Finance. He and his family relocated to Valdosta in 1999 and he has been a licensed realtor since 2007.
After graduating from college Brian worked with several National companies including Flowers Baking Company and Illinois Tool Works (ITW) honing his skills in the marketplace. After 15 years in Sales, Operations and Management with these companies, Brian chose a career in Real Estate to capitalize on his keen customer service abilities and desire for relationship selling. “Throughout my career with National companies, all too often, I saw the customers’ needs not given the priority they deserve. I sought out an industry where GREAT customer service and strong interpersonal skills were appreciated and rewarded. I am very pleased to be a part of Warehouse Rentals, a growing company where we truly value relationships.”
Brian has been involved with many commercial developments and industrial projects in Valdosta and throughout the Southeast. He has worked with companies such as Weyerhaeuser, Murphy Oil, Gulfstream, Jacuzzi, and DuPont. Currently, Brian serves as a member of the Valdosta Board of Realtors Board of Directors. He and his wife Carol Anne have two children and enjoy family time together and participating in their children’s activities. Brian and Carol Anne are active at Lake Park United Methodist Church. With his education and work experience, Brian is well equipped to handle the needs of Commercial Clients and has always been committed to serving the client’s needs first.
