Brian Crepeau works with a team of 3 Senior Property Managers and 5 Leasing & Sale Agents as an Asset Manager overseeing a portfolio of retail, industrial, office, automotive, and leased land investments in excess of 2.8 million square feet. Responsible for supervision of property managers to ensure that all day to day and short and long term plans for each asset are being maintained per the approved budget for each property. Work closely with each brokerage team, including active involvement in lease negotiations with national tenants, to retain existing tenants and lease available space to new tenants. The company philosophy is “Leasing by Design,” a process that entails detailed plans for retaining existing tenants and procuring and vetting new tenants, ensuring they are a fit for the property and add value to the asset.
