Brian Donahue, CCIM is a First Vice President with the Investment Properties Group of CBRE specializing in individual and portfolio level multifamily dispositions throughout Oklahoma and Arkansas. Brian is seasoned in all aspects of the transaction process with over a decade of brokerage experience. This strong background allows Brian to advise his clients on making the most strategic investment decisions to ensure execution of their business objectives. Over his career, Brian has facilitated the sale of more than 25,000 units totaling $1.5 billion in consideration.
Prior to joining the Investment Properties Group of CBRE Multifamily, Brian worked as a retail broker in the Oklahoma City office of CBRE specializing in the sale, development and leasing of retail properties and commercial land while also providing tenant representation and site selection services for a number of national retailers and restaurants.
