Brian Fratzke is the Principal Broker and founder of Fratzke Commercial Real Estate Advisors. He combines international business experience with a local background to bring his clients excellence in Central Oregon real estate representation. Brian began his commercial real estate career in 2004, after 13 years working in the high technology industry, focusing on information technology and business consulting solutions in the United States, Netherlands, United Kingdom and France. Brian currently focuses on sales, leasing, and development of commercial real estate in the Central Oregon area including Bend, Redmond, Madras, Prineville, Sisters and LaPine. Brian’s specific areas of expertise include land development, building development and leasing in the industrial and clinical medical sectors. In addition to his work in commercial real estate, Brian is an active member of the Bend community, holding numerous professional and charitable positions on local boards.
