Bio
I am a 1989 graduate of Edina Senior High School and a 1993 graduate of St. John's University, in Collegeville, MN. Throughout my college years I enjoyed managing KSJU, now KJNB <http://www.kjnb.org/>, SJU's campus radio station, which grew into more media-related opportunities, such as WYRQ-FM <http://www.fallsradio.com> in Little Falls, MN (on-air talent) and KLZZ-FM <http://www.powerloon.com/index2.htm> out of St. Cloud, MN (on-air talent). To top that off I spent almost two years with KARE-TV <http://www.kare11.com> in Golden Valley, MN as an Assistant Director and Production Coordinator - and loved every minute of it. I then enjoyed five years in customer service with Northwest Airlines <http://www.nwa.com> as a French Interpreter and Customer Service Supervisor. After much thought and consideration I packed up my acquired diplomatic negotiating skills and unwavering dedication to "getting the job done" and opted to make the quantum leap into self-employment via the commercial real estate industry. I've been working with my father, Judd, since May of 1997 and enjoy the commercial aspect of real estate very much. I attained my Broker's License in June of 1999 which permitted Judd to begin enjoying his semi-retirement for the comforts and pleasures of his "North Office". I enjoy building long-lasting quality relationships with my clients through dedication, reliability, hard work and my natural ease of getting along with others through good communication skills. I truly value my clients and their varied ways of approaching the art of conducting their business'. It never ceases to amaze me that I have yet to meet a business owner who runs their company the same as anyone else - every person I represent is different and furthermore, every transaction I conduct is equally different from any other. These differences are what require my strong dedication to detail and good common sense - these differences are most importantly what set me apart from the others in my industry. I do not seek "quantity", rather I value "quality" of service. These values make all the difference in the world and lead to successful transactions.
