A native of Houston, TX, Brian Kelly started his real estate career with Midway Companies, a fully integrated real estate development company with projects exceeding $500 million in development costs, while completing his Masters and MBA at Texas A&M University in 2007. After graduating at the top of his class in both graduate programs, Brian joined CRA where he now specializes in Tenant Representation for Industrial and Office requirements throughout North America. While at CRA, Brian has completed transactions in over 80 markets and 35 states. Brian’s specialty is assisting clients with feasibility analysis and portfolio management strategies throughout North America. His background offers a competitive advantage to clients focused on analyzing Multi-State/Multi-Market Research, Site Selection (Existing vs. Greenfield), Third Party Warehousing vs. Client Operated Warehousing, Logistics/Transportation, Economic Incentives, and other internal and external influences surrounding each requirement.
