Kocour Company was founded 41 years ago by Brian’s father Frank Kocour. Throughout Brian’s 28-year-old real estate career working at institutional commercial real estate companies, Brian always craved to create his own destiny and to concentrate on the service fundamentals of commercial real estate rather than transactional volume. In 2018, Kocour Company was reborn.
As a native of Phoenix, Arizona, Brian Kocour always understood the value of what a true Local broker should be. Cultivation of strong relationships with entrepreneurial likeminded people creating a conduit for both Landlord’s and Tenants. A transformational specialist in gentrification with the goal of creating synergistic alignment resulting in a strong foundation.
