Bio
Brian McCahill joined R.P. Fralin, Inc. in 2015 as COO and CFO. He is passionate about achieving results, driving growth, and fostering continuous improvement through process deployment and talent development. Prior to R.P. Fralin, Brian served in a variety of general management roles over the course of 9 years at Danaher Corporation. He also spent 6 years in banking and corporate finance roles at Gladstone Capital, FleetBoston Bank and ARBROS Communications.
Brian received his BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, where he received the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence and was a member of the Raven Society and the Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Society.
He grew up in Northern Virginia but fell in love with all that the Roanoke Valley has to offer and has proudly called it home since 2007. Brian is an avid runner and President of the Pathfinders for Greenways. He enjoys coaching youth sports for his three children and spending time with them and his wife, Emily, especially cheering for the Wahoos!
