Since buying his first investment property at the age of 16 and a multifamily property a few years later, Brian has been engaged in investment real estate. Before he was 30, he brokered 150+ REO transactions, purchased 23 investment properties in 9 different cities, and created unique management systems that maximized the value and cash flow for each of his properties. In the decade to follow Brian was involved in over $7B in commercial real estate transactions.
Having been involved in hundreds of commercial real estate transactions, Brian understands the intricacies of how to get a deal done and, most importantly, ensure everyone is smiling when the transaction has closed.
