In 2004, Brian got his license and worked for a Bay Area mortgage company. He was drawn to the craftsmanship and character of houses. He envisioned the possibilities and the people who would find their dream homes. Home was an important concept for Brian. He grew up having very little, But he had a head for business. He knew real estate was key for creating wealth for families and could make a big impact. Brian’s business acumen led him to be quickly promoted to VP of Lending. He loved helping the families but wanted to be more hands-on in the real estate process.
