Brian Mylett began his career in 1990 as a Financial Advisor with the Delaware Valley Financial Group. In 1997, Brian relocated to Florida and continued to work in the financial service business with First Financial Resources, LLC, a privately held estate-planning firm. Between 2001 and 2004, Brian was the Managing Director of Building Finance Company and financed and built over $28 million of residential real estate projects. Brian founded MYLECO Real Estate and Development, LLC in 2004, and partnered with US Land Group, LLC to develop more than 5,000 acres of land in the State of Florida. Brian founded Capital 21, LLC in March of 2009. He is the Managing Director of the firm. He is directly responsible for the generation and facilitation of private capital placements for real estate projects in South Florida. Brian has placed over $200 million of private capital for real estate projects in South Florida. Brian received his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1989 from the Pennsylvania State University with a major in Finance and Banking, and has been licensed by FINRA with the Series 6 Securities License and licensed by the Florida Department of Financial Services for 16 years. Brian secured his Florida Real Estate Associate License in 2004 and his Florida Real Estate Broker’s License in 2005. He has held an active Florida Real Estate Broker’s License for 13 years that qualifies the real estate brokerage company Capital 21 Realty, LLC. In addition to his business pursuits, Brian has served on several charitable organizations’ Board of Directors. During 2004 to 2007, he was on the Board of Directors for the “Kiss the Sky Foundation” Brian is currently on the Board of Directors of the “Paley Foundation” which is the non-profit organization for The Paley Orthopedic and Spine Institute located on the St. Mary’s Hospital campus in West Palm Beach. The Paley Foundation co-sponsored two fundraisers with the Presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson’s Foundation called The Carson Scholar’s Fund.
