Brian J. O'Boyle, Sr. is founder and vice chairman of the Newmark Knight Frank Dallas office as well as a partner in the Austin Newmark Knight Frank office, the Washington, DC Newmark Knight Frank office, and the Newmark Knight Frank National Seniors Housing Group. He has 30+ years of experience in real estate, specializing exclusively in the brokerage of multi-housing projects and land. He holds the CCIM designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council of the Realtor's National Marketing Institute and in November 2002 he was presented the Stemmons Service Award by the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors; this prestigious award is given annually by the NTCAR in recognition of outstanding leadership and contributions to both the Real Estate industry and the community. Brian is also the recipient of the "Heavy Hitter's Award", given by the Dallas Business Journal to the #1 Investment Broker in the Metroplex. He received this award twice during the past ten years and has received "special recognition" status six additional times as a top producer in his field.
Recognized as a leader in the industry and based upon his experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth multi-housing real estate market, Brian has been a guest speaker at over 60 events throughout the county, serving as a moderator for several industry panels and forums. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University
