Brian Orzechowski joined The Tenant Agency team in 2022 as a Vice President where he represents office tenants in Virginia. Prior to his tenure with The Tenant Agency, he spent 2 years at Avison Young as a Senior Associate. He focused on client services and new business development out of Avison Young’s Tysons office. Prior to joining Avison Young, Brian spent 5 years with JLL in their Tenant Advisory group, where he was responsible for new business generation and transaction services. He grew from Intern to Senior Associate before moving on to Avison Young. Brian was a teacher for five years prior to joining JLL. He was a mathematics teacher at the Field School. He also coached the school's basketball and baseball teams.
