Bio
Brian Park is BH Properties’ Senior Managing Director, Asset Management. He directs and is actively involved with asset management, leasing, business plan development and execution, dispositions, and identification of profit maximizing opportunities operations with the company’s portfolio. Mr. Park possesses over 15 years of experience in Asset Management, Acquisitions & Disposition, Leasing, and Property Management. Over his career, he has completed over $1.2 billion of closed acquisitions and $350 million of dispositions. In addition, he has negotiated and executed over 4.5 million square feet in real estate lease transactions. Prior to joining BH Properties, Mr. Park held the position of Managing Director – Asset Management at Jamison Properties. Mr. Park graduated from New York University with a B.A. in Economics.
