Brian’s experience spans over 25 years of business planning, accounting and financial reporting, benefits and human resources, asset and property management, commercial real estate, and information technology. Brian is responsible for managing the financial resources and daily operations of the company, I.T., and directing the human resources of the organization toward a unified pursuit of the company’s mission and vision.
Through a team-oriented collaborative approach with senior management, Brian is focused on formulating and implementing the long-term business strategy of CPI, while improving business processes. Brian is also focused on building a unique corporate culture that is optimistic, fun, and family-oriented. His reliable ethics and integrity has made him an invaluable member of the CPI Management Team.
Prior to joining CPI, Brian held several positions with Cole Investment Advisors and Cole Companies, Inc., locally owned real estate investment, development, and property management companies. His roles included Vice President of Finance, Director of Corporate Finance, and Controller. While there, he was involved in more than 50 real estate entities, over $500 million in transactions, and 3.2 million square feet of retail and office space. Brian has also held the positions of Real Estate Accountant/Representative at the VIAD Corp, Special Projects Controller at the Dial Corp, and Division Controller at OmniFlight/NativeAir.
Brian is married, has lived in the valley for over 35 years, and enjoys traveling and taking part in various motorsports.
