Brian Shorter is the Managing Partner and Designated Broker of SullivanHayes Brokerage Company. He has multifaceted expertise in retail real estate both locally and nationally with a focus on strategic expansion of retailers and landlord representation in development, acquisition and disposition. Over the past five years, Brian has leased over 1.7 million square feet in transactions totaling nearly $220 million. During the same time period, he has sold over $88 million dollars of commercial real estate. Brian currently serves on the Board of Directors of ChainLinks Retail Advisors, the nation’s top retail brokerage network.
