Brian Simmel is a vice president with Newmark Knight Frank's Valuation & Advisory. He brings more than eight years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience to NKF's Boca Raton office in the Florida/Caribbean Region.
Mr. Simmel's primary geographic location stretches from the Treasure Coast to Key West, and his experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including industrial, multifamily, office and retail. Mr. Simmel has provided extensive ARGUS cash flow analysis on several regional malls throughout Florida and has assisted with portfolios in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and elsewhere throughout the Caribbean. He has also performed numerous appraisals on special-use assets including proposed self-storage and proposed car wash developments. Clients have included financial institutions, developers, individual and corporate property owners and legal entities.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank in 2017, Mr. Simmel was an appraiser with CBRE from 2011 to 2017.
