Brian Sperry serves as an Advisor for Sperry Van Ness in the Irvine office specializing in the sale of retail investment property throughout the Southern California marketplace. As a valued service, Sperry utilizes a proprietary database of retail property inventory and real estate industry professionals which includes developers, principal buyers, iinstitutional and private trusts, and investment brokers to ascertain exposure for his listings.
As the son of Rand Sperry, Sperry Van Ness’ co-founder, he is a second generation commercial real estate advisor. Sperry brings his clients a creative approach and entrepreneurial way of thinking that enables him to explore options not otherwise seen to obtain maximum value for his clients’ investments.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Sperry owned and operated an
entertainment production company that specialized in collegiate events. Sperry earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in film and television with an emphasis in broadcast journalism from Chapman University in Orange, California. Sperry is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers.
