Originally from Washington DC, Brian attended George Mason University, Fairfax Virginia majoring in Business Administration & Real Estate Analysis. He has held real estate licenses in MD, VA, NY, NJ, and South Carolina. Brian, his wife Nan and their 4 boys moved to the Grand Strand in 2004 when he accepted the position as Director of Land Acquisition & Development with Centex Homes (Fortune 500 Homebuilder). As Director of Land Acquisition & Development from 2004-2009, Brian was responsible for all aspects of acquisition and development including due diligence, market research analysis, site selection, pro-forma & budget analysis, joint ventures with heavy emphasis on creative contract negotiations. During his tenure with Centex Brian consummated in excess of $40 Million in acquisitions, including Barefoot Resort, Berkshire Forest, Alston Plantation and Dutchman Village to name a few. Brian’s duties also included all site work analysis including engineering, soil testing, topography, wetland delineation, land planning, lot optimization and homeowner association management. Brian’s vast experience coupled with his high ethical standard offers his customers and clients a unique and valuable level of service.
