Brian assists in all facets of commercial property acquisition and development at Rocky Mountain as an Asset Manager and partner at Rocky Mountain. Brian’s 15+ years of experience in the Boise Commercial Real Estate industry enables him to understand and identify all issues arising from a project and find solutions to solve any problem that arises.
Prior to working at RMC Brian was a Transaction Coordinator for Colliers International, where he assisted the Investments Services Team and other Colliers brokers in evaluating, pricing, structuring and closing complicated real estate transactions. At Colliers, Brian oversaw hundreds of real estate transactions with the combined consideration of approximately $650,000,000 +/-. Brian continually assisted and advised clients regarding due diligence materials, projected financial returns on the information provided, and the process needed to close each sale.
Prior to joining Colliers, Brian was a Senior Paralegal with Boise Cascade Office Products Corporation where he assisted the company with day to day transactional documentation and with the due diligence and management of various asset and stock acquisitions.
Brian is a native Idahoan and third generation University of Idaho graduate. In his free time he and his wife Marcia, enjoy coaching their two daughters, rafting, fishing, skiing and a getting into the great outdoors of Idaho.
