Bio
Brian serves as VP of Development, and is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, site selection, financing and other pre-construction activities for Signature's apartment projects. He received his JD from UNC-Chapel Hill and was in private practice with Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP in Raleigh prior to his start in the real estate industry. Brian has extensive experience in land acquisition, real estate financing and development.
Brian is originally from Indiana and graduated from Indiana University with a dual major in finance and accounting. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Downtown Greensboro, Inc. Brian and his wife, Kelly, have three children and live in Summerfield. In his free time, he enjoys trail running, skiing and cheering his kids on during their youth soccer games.
