Bio
Bridget joined Hanna Commercial as a Property Manager in 2019, bringing with her 25 years of broad experience as a commercial real estate practitioner.
Previously, Bridget was the Property & Leasing Manager at North Pointe Realty’s Copley office from 2001-2013 where she managed the day-to-day operations of their Class-A office building portfolio as well as other third-party office, medical and retail buildings consisting of over 250,000 square feet, in addition to completing numerous office and retail lease transactions.
Most recently Bridget was a remote Facility Manager with Citizens Bank for six years where she managed 53 branches in NE Ohio and was responsible for facility operations, semi-annual site inspections, and branch refresh, relocation and closing projects. She participated in a corporate project to renovate a home donated by Citizens Bank to Military Warriors Support Foundation, was promoted to AVP and awarded with a Chairman’s Credo Award.
Currently she successfully manages a 580,000 SF portfolio consisting of downtown and suburban Class-A office, retail, and medical buildings, with both private and institutional ownership. Her responsibilities include tenant relations, lease administration, operational and capital budget development, vendor contract administration, site inspections, project management, and overseeing maintenance efforts. Bridget’s focus is fostering positive relations with tenants and internal and external clients while effectively meeting the property owner’s investment objectives.
